my name is randall, i have a 2004 zr2 i put in a alpine dvd unit and ever since then my dash lights dont work is this common? i checked all the fuses but none are blown. i dont think i pinched any wires. what should i do.. please help!! thanks.

 

make sure all the connections are back in from pulling bezel off. Dont think you didnt pinch any wires...check them.

Also check that your dimmer switch is not all the way off..

 

one more idea i had... the factory radio has nothing to do with the dash lights in anyway does it? i didnt know if it completed some weird cercuit.!.!
