Keep popping codes 452 and 449, Replaced the charcol canister and fuel tank pressure sensor. Erased the codes but then they come back, noticed the spring loaded trap door in fuel filler opening is missing. Could that be it?

When you replaced the fuel tanl pressure sensor, did you test the 5v reference circuit?
Why did you replace the charcoal canister, was it leaking or plugged?
Have you done any work on the vent solenoid?
'Have you checked the system for leaks?

No that thin metal spring loaded door would not cause this because that filler neck opening should be getting properly sealed by the gas cap (a common source of evap codes).
When you replaced the fuel tank pressure sensor did you test the reference voltages and wiring?
why did you replace the charcoal canister, what problem were you trying to address?
Have you addressed any other part of the evap system (vent or purge solenoid, pipes, leaks, gas cap, …)?
when a sensor reports an out of bounds condition: the sensor may have failed, the voltages (if applicable) to the sensor may be faulty, the signal wiring may be faulty, the engine computer may be failing or the reported level may be accurate indicating a problem elsewhere.
