Default 1995 Blazer - DRAC, VSSB or neither?

I have a 95 4x4 2 door. Swapped out the axles and the speedo is off to the point I'm hitting the governor barely doing 80. I'm trying to figure out how to calibrate the speedometer and the hand tuners I've found are for 96 +. I did find a writeup on how to calibrate the speedo using the jumpers on a DRAC or VSSB but I have no idea if either of these are used for the year I have or where it would be located. I've been searching and the other post I found had no replies from 2019. I'm not sure if it would make a difference but the blazer has a column shifter.

I think my confusion with the DRAC or VSSB modules is that they're advertised for TBI and I believe I have the CPI. I dont want to spend money on something I may not need.
