Hello guys. I have a 1995 chevy blazer I just got a few weeks ago. Just started working on it. The problem is when you hold the RPS at 2000 it surges like will drop to 1200-1500 than goes back up to 2000. It just keeps doing it every 3-4 seconds. Things I have done so far.
Replaced Fuel Filter.
Checked fuel pressure its fine and steady.
Replaced Cap and Rotor.
Replaced Throttle Position Sensor with new GM one.
Took out EGR valve and cleaned it.
Cleaned the carbon out of the intake.
I was wondering if it could be the Idle Air Control Valve?
I have noticed when you first start it up and it's cold It has no symptoms. Runs fine. But after 5 min of warm up it dose what I listed above. Thanks for any input.
