1995 chevy blazer problems

Unhappy 1995 chevy blazer problems

I have a 1995 chevy blazer driving home one day it madea popping sound then lose power before shutting down is this timing chain? it has 190,000miles engine turns over but wont start. grateful for any help i can get Thank You

You could check the compression as this would indicate whether the cam timing is proper. If it checks out ok, then the timing chain is likely intact.
