I would start by putting the lines back on and pressurize the system without the upper plenum on. See if you can locate the leak. If it is just between the injectors and the injector body, then get an o-ring kit and replace all of the o-rings in the spider. That can be done fairly cheap.
Although it does not happen anywhere near as much on the SCFI motors as on the prior CPI motors, the FPR can still go bad. Depending on the way the FPR is pointing, it can blow fuel towards the passenger side (feeding the driver side cylinders).
If the lines look like they are themselves leaking, then you will be replacing the spider as it is cheaper than replacing the injector/line/poppet nozzle assemblies.

I took the truck to a mechanic today and he come to the conclusion that it has a intake valve sticking open on that cylinder. the intake valve has a 45 percent leak so either its carboned up and not closing all the way or it got bent somehow. so now its time to take the head off and figure it out. I will let everyone know what it was when im done.
