when I push the 4x4 HI button while the vehicule is moving on the road, nothing happens.

whit the vehicule stopped,at neutral, when I push the 4x4 HI ,I heard a serie of 4-5 clicking noise and after nothing.

The good news is, its prob not the transfer case, cause it does work in 4 low. Your actuator may be starting to go(but normally 4X4 wouldnt work at all in that case) and there is also a switch underneath on the front end that may havve gone bad

thank you lowe42,
I did some search on the net and find someone who already have this problem. He said that he had disconnect the battery for one hour, and after 4x4 work fine.

I did the samething, and magic! my 4x4 hi engage normaly.

I think it's the transfer case transfert module in the dash who tripped.
I will see what happen in the next weeks,if the problem come back,I probably looking for change the module.
what do you think about that?
