1997 blazer Question

Default 1997 blazer Question

rear hatch will not open the button was making a pop noise when it did open but now it just makes a humming noise some people say a fuse ? and the key hole is jacked up so cant open it at all was going to fix all that now i cant open it help and will and grill parts and anything else from a 2000 blazer fit my 1997 found one cheap for parts that has been wrecked

If you get the core support you can change the front to look like the 2000,that's what i plan on doing to my 97

There is a hole in the plastic tailgate panel, dead center, at the very edge of the carpet, closest to the handle. Take a philips head screwdriver and poke through the carpet and feel for the latch release. It takes very little effort to release the glass, so if it doesn't go easy, don't force it.
