I have a 1997 Blazer with the 4.3l V6 I replaced the Distributor, Distributor Cap, Rotor, Plugs, and wires and it is still running rough and stuttering on accelleration. I also ran fuel injector cleaner through the fuel system, and Marvel Mystery Oil in the oil. Any other suggestions for me. I have also noticed a ticking sometimes when I first start it, this part has just started since I had the Distributor replaced. Just looking for some suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Make sure your plug wires are on right. Middle driverside plug is a pain. I was having the same problem

 

my guess would be you mixed up your plug wires when you hooked them up to your distributor. pretty easy thing to do

 

Anyone have a diagram so that I can make sure they are hooked up right?
