So we did replace the ignition switch and the issue ended up there being a nic in the thick pink wire prolly from the POS shop where my brother had the alarm installed becuase the alarm brain was tied into it. Ended up fixing the wiper blades too, just as you said the board had bad solder joint i just applied a little more solder works perfect now. Next on the agenda is the oil bypass valve which my brother will have to tackle becuase he works at a shop(we cant work on cars at our apartment complex). Thanks again so much for your help guys.

 

nevermind i guess that didnt fix the issue with the ignition wire becuase i replaced it and the radio is still turning off. Anything else that it could be? i am going to go through all my wiring to double check grounding issues(radio harness/speaker wires)
