Prime wire is under the hood on the left side by the antilock brake module. If it has never been accessed it might be hard to find. It is a short pigtial connector coming out of the harness that you plug a standard male spade terminal into and power it with 12 volts from the battery. It is a direct connention to the pump.

You can't find it because it isn't there. You can jumper the pump by removing the relay and providing battery power to the appropriate terminal. You can determine the appropriate terminal by looking at the schematic on the side of the relay. I have detailed the terminals, etc in other posts, but do not currently have time to find them myself.

Here are a couple pics showing where the prime wire is. It should be wrapped up in the harness if it has never been accessed. This is what the factory uses to prime the pump for the first time. Most people don't know it is there. I have also included the wiring diagram if you need that.
