Question 1998 Blazer

I have a 1998 Blazer with 203,000 miles. Still a very dependable vehicle.
It is a 4x4 with 4 wheel disc brakes. I'm having brake problems. Right before I come to complete stop the brake pedal gets hard like the vacuum booster is bad and it sounds like the antilock brakes are taking over. If I let up a little or press harder on the pedal, the brakes go back to normal. I can take the check valve out of the booster a half hour later there is still a lot of vacuum. This doesn't happen all the time, but it happens under 5 mph. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

Very common problem.. lots of threads about it on here but this is the only one you need to go to {plus the link in that thread}

If cleaning doesnt help much you likely have worn hub bearings
