Hello George, I proved that pin, with dark green and white stripe, I believe is pin 1, on the 24 pin connection going into the ecm, I back proped the backside of the wire with negative lead on negative battery terminal, with key on, and the multimeter set to ohms, I got 0.35 ohms as a reading, now its set on the lowest 20k ohm reading, I also tried setting it in DC volts at lowest setting, and wasn't able to get a reading or any volts, but it does get the ohms reading?

You want the meter set to DC volts and your looking for the behavior in the first few seconds at key on. You can’t set the meter to the lowest dc volt range or you will get an out of range display. Use auto range, the 20v range or the first one above that.
Did you say that you replaced the engine computer? If so, why? Are all the connectors properly seated with no bent or broken pins?

Yes I replaced the ecm because the original one was burnt and no good, I bought the blazer used, the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about the computer being faulty, also I hired a mobile mechanic last month to come out and fix the blazer, that it was a crank no start, he hooked up a scanner and said that the computer was no good, so I replaced it, bit the main reason it wasn't starting was it was out of time, I believe the pump went out from me trying to Starr the vehicle over and over before realizing the timing was off, now that it's in time and will start up, it's the issue with the pump no coming on, the connections going to the computer are in all the easy, no broken pins, but when I took the connections off to replace with the new computer, some were brittle, the plastic clips broke, but I managed to pushed the connections all the way in. I may have to replace them with newer ones, if this is then issue?
