Default 1999 blazer fuel pump Lock ring???

hi all.... i just took out a fuel tank out of my gf's 1999 blazer 4wd 4 door 4.3 and the " Lock Ring" that is holding the fuel pump into the tank is completely corroded and rusted beyond belief and im fixin to try to get it out but it might break..... where would i be able to find one of these lock rings?.....

i have called autozone... advanced auto parts... etc... etc...

they all say they have the 2 door model lock ring........

so its called a " Fuel Pump Lock Ring???" thats the name of what i am looking for?? anyone know a part number???

its the ring that is holding me back from taking the fuel pump out of the tank...

I don't think there is any difference between the lock ring used on a 2dr and that used on a 4dr. In fact, the listing on RockAuto.com, while it lists for a 2dr, it also lists the 99-01 Chevy Trailblazer as an application which was a 4dr only option.

Other than that, the dealer would be my next choice.

The junkyard is going to be a crap shoot considering that most of the trucks that you'll find there will have seen much the same conditions as yours.

You might get lucky on eBay.

LMC sells them for your 4 door and lists it separate from the 2 door. Guess what? Same part number so the point is the "2 door" that you can get locally is the same as the "4 door". Hope this helps.
