Are those IAT and ECT cold engine values consistent with that day?
Two things stood out to me. First, your bank 2 trims are right on the edge at -10 at idle. The engine computer is removing fuel for a perceived rich condition. Have you done the fuel pressure leakdown test to look for a leaky injector?
Your O2 sensor graphs dont look right but I dont know the scale at the bottom. Is that seconds or some other scale?
Does that scanner have a scope function to look at the crank sensor input to the engine computerspeciallnning crappy.?

Temps were correct.
I haven't done the bleed down test. The piece in the test hose that opens the Schrader valve must have fallen out of my tester. I'll need to borrow another tester.
The O2 scale looks to be mV.

I understand that there is no crank sensor PID but some high end scanners have an O scope function so you would then monitor the crank sensor input to the engine computer with a real time O scope trace to see if it breaks down.

Sorry for the delay. Got my hands on another fuel pressure gauge. KOEO test results - 60 psi for 2 seconds then pressure drops to 0 psi in less than 20 seconds. Haven't been able to test immediately after the fuel filter yet. Would monitoring the gauge while driving or reving to higher rpms tell anything?

Pressure holds at 90 psi when checked after fuel filter. Also, while sitting in the driver's seat and raising the rpms until it starts missing, I can hear what sounds like water running in the dash. The higher the rpms, the louder the water sound is. Is this the water in the heater core or something else?

Did the fuel pressure hold at 90 psi after 10 min? If yes then the problem is in the intake plenum and is either your fuel pressure regulator, a leaking injector or leaking spider tubes. This will need to be addressed.
Gurgling in the dash is usually a cooling system that is not completely bled and air is moving through the heater core.
