Default 1999+Later Blazer power mirror fuse size

I need to know what fuse sizes there is for the 1999 and later Blazer power/heated mirrors. I have an 1998 with 1999 and later mirrors that I bought to replace the ones that didnt come with my project truck. The connectors dont match and I am wondering if the fuses are the same so I can wire up some connectors to my new mirrors. The wires in the new mirrors is larger and therefore maybe drawing more amps, so I want to make sure its not before I wire these in. My 1998 has two fuses at 5 and 10 amps. If you have a 1999 and later Blazer, please let me know the sizes. There is one inside the truck and one under the hood. Thanks a lot, Eric

Default RE: 1999+Later Blazer power mirror fuse size

There is a separate fuse just for the heated mirrors on the uplevel trimmed trucks. This fuse was a 10A fuse. I cannot find wiring diagrams for ya to determine exactly how the mirrors were turned on...

Yeah, I seen that there is two seperate fuses for the mirrors. One inside the truck fuse panel which is a 5 amp and one inside the engine compartment which is a10 amp heated mirror fuse. As long as they are the same from 98 to 99 and later then I can use these mirrors after I find out what wire does what when I wire on new connectors. I also been trying to find 1998 mirrors to make it easier. I have a Haynes manual and that dont say much as for as wiring diagrams. I appreciate your help and let me know if the other fuse is 5 amp if you would. Thanks again, Eric
