1999 wont run

Default 1999 wont run

4.3 wont start when it dos it runs real bad check codes p1345 checked timing chain in time checked cam in time dist. lines up on the 6 changed crank sensor cam sensor coil... coil wire what can i do next could gear be worn that bad... but pointer lines up on 6 on dist.with balancer on mark any body had this prob let me know thanks

How much rotational play is there in the distributor. You could pull the distributor and check the gear.

Have you done any other preventative/regular maintenance? There could be more than one problem at hand here.

full tune wires and plugs cap im going to pull dist and try that... could cat be pluged 150000 miles
