Default 2 Door Rear Panel Clips

Ive been trying to install some new speakers in the back of my blazer and I removed all the screws holding it in but in some places there are clips holding it in and they don't seem to budge when I try moving the panel. Does anyone have any tips to get the panel off without breaking a clip?

Edit: I got them off after a bit of tugging and it looks like everything is O.K.

Hey when you put those back on make sure they clip securely or the panel will rattle and drive you insane.

If you break some like I did, you can find them cheap on Amazon. I ended up replacing all of mine they were so cheap.
