I noticed Im due for some rear rotors the other day when rotating my tires. I know the fronts slide right off but ive never done the rears. Im seeing on some websites the bearrings in the middle? or are these just pull and replace and no bearrings? Could use the help.

Bearings should stay on the axle as far as I remember when I did mine 3 years ago. They should just be like the fronts, albeit a smaller OD & I don't think a 2000 should differ from my 2002 THAT much.
Remove the wheels on one side & compare. Mine were straight forward.

They slide on just like the fronts.
However the inner part of the rear rotor works like a brake drum as it slides over the parking brake assembly shoes.
This makes them a bit harder sometimes to pull off.

I'd also warn you that the calipers tend to seize after compressing the pistons and reinstalling them. I did the brakes on my 2000 2dr 4x4 last year. One of the rears had already seized, which forced me to replace that caliper, rotor, and pads. After reassembly, the other one randomly seized on my first drive.
Luckily, the calipers are dirt cheap.
