Default 2000 blazer 4.3 vortec cold start issues

So I just replaced all the gaskets on my upper and lower intake. Everything got put back together and it fires up after a couple tries. The last three morning the thing will turn over butt won’t start. During the day it will start or if it has been running. Or will start if you hook up jumper cables or turn it over 20 times. The fuel pump was done last year. The battery tested at 12 volts and the alternator works cause I drive the thing a 100 miles round trip two days ago. Any ideas would help greatly cause I do not want to just throw parts at it.??? Please help!

How are your fuel injectors? Maybe throw a bottle of SeaFoam injector cleaner in the gas tank and see if that helps??? Just a thought
