2000 Blazer 4X4 won't start

You've got the starter almost out, it would be best to remove it and have it checked at an auto parts store. If it checks OK, then it's time to check the cable connections at the battery and at the starter.

Not sure it i testing it right but i used my breaker bar and when trying to rotate the eninge clockwise... nothing but i can go counter clockwise. I thinking somthing broke in side the engine, once i got the new fuel pump installed it was turning over and sounded like it was trying to start then it stopped and i heard a load "clang" i was hoping i was just the starter but already took the off and had autozone bench test it and its fine. How can the engine be siezed if it was not running and it has oil. It was low when i checked it but no more than a quart.

Ok i was able to crack the engine by hand but it took a ton of strength and only a little at a time. Its been sitting for about a month. Any ideas? Im thinking the starter is still not getting the amps. How do i test to make sure the starter is strong enough to rotate engine. AutoZone guy said it was ok but not sure if i can trust him.

Think maybe its time for engine swap or engine rebuild...If you take the oil pan off that should tell the story about most of the engine. Or first take your valve covers off and check the push rods see if any are bent and see what happens when you move the engine by hand...How many miles on the engine?

Problem solved!!!!
My engine was hyrolocked with fuel. When i took all my spark plugs out and rotated the engine by hand for awhile a bunch of gas started flowing out the plug sockets. I rotated it another four full revolutions to make sure all the gas was out. Replace the spark plugs. Drain/ replaced the oil whoch also had a bunch of gas it. I removed my intake managold and guess what...fuel pressure regulator kivked the bucket and was dumping fuel inside the intake. Replaced the fuel pressure regulator. That was a fresh oil change. Engines running great. Thanks for everyones help. I guess when i installed the new fuel pump it must have messed up the regulator. Only 150,000 miles i think thats the norm with these Blazers for when the fuel pumps die.
