2000 Blazer LS 4 Wheel Drive Problem

UPDATE!
Ok, I have tried to get the trouble codes by jumping a wire from pin 13 on diagnostic connector to ground, which did nothing. No lights on 4WD buttons and nothing flashed. I disconnected battery for 30 seconds, then started car. Lights stayed off for about 15 seconds then all came back on. When key is in run position with car not running, I have no lights lit on buttons. While running, all 5 lights are lit(Auto 4WD, 2Hi, Neutral, 4Hi, 4Lo).
