2000 Chevy Blazer not starting

Unhappy 2000 Chevy Blazer not starting

I go to start my car and it won't start or turn over it does nothing my lights on the inside and my radio come on. My battery and starter are both brand new. Jumping it does not work and it seems to only do it when it is cold outside. It hasn't started in the 3 days and I need it for work, please help.

How cold is it? Mine is the same year and it was -10 and it barely started but it runs fine now. If it isn't the cold I don't know how to help you. Sorry

Tayler, does it make a clicking sound when you turn the key to start the truck? If it does check to see if the nut came loose from the positive cable on the starter
