I need a diagram of the vacuum lines and the wiring for the transmission and the transfer case

 

i have one for a 2002. im sure there isnt to much difference. if somone dont post one before i get home ill post it for you

 

Take a look at the 4wd related threads in the Tech Article (DIY) section (index linked to in my signature).

If you cannot find what you need in one of them, then you should try a search for the transfer case you have in your truck (3-button = NV233, 4-button = NV236) then add wiring (ex NV236+wiring) to your search criteria.
