Hello, The computer tends to 'go out' about 10% of the time. The vehicle will go into limp mode during this time with no SES light and any stored codes are deleted ( I get the occasional P0141). The other 90% of the time the vehicle runs fine. Could this be a ground issue? Wireing harness? Bad Computer?

Doubtful that it's a ground or PCM issue. If there's an electrical problem with the OBDII, it will set a DTC. A loss of fuel pressure however, will not necessarily set a DTC. You'll need to have test equipment available to check it when it acts up.

Your P0141 DTC is a heater circuit issue with the bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor. When the heater fails it will take longer for the PCM to switch to closed loop operation and will cost you some fuel mileage.
