thanks haha also another question...i have a failed thermostat...my temp gauge only reads 170 and I got the code P0128...where is the thermostat located at

Follow the upper radiator hose. It'll go behind the A/C compressor and back up to the t-stat housing.

replaced the o2 sensor and the thermostat and drove it for about 5 miles and the SES light went off. Will it stay off or do I still need to get it cleared.

No the light should stay off. If the PCM resets the light, that means that the PCM ran through the tests that it needed to, and did not find a fault, so it reset itself. The code will be in history for something like 200 key cycles, but that should not concern you!! Glad you got it fixed, and happy motoring!!
