Hey guys! Sorry 😂 so the air pump was not an acdelco, it was a napa replacement. The check engine light is off, it only makes the loud vaccum or jet engine noise when its hot outside(live in Dallas.) Its not throwing a code now, but still makes the damn noise. Usually itll make the noise till the car gets to 30 mph then it "pushes" thru it. Best way i can describe it. So if its not the secondary air injection pump, i need to get the list of parts that someone posted?

Default Secondary air injection system

Hey guys! Sorry 😂 so the air pump was not an acdelco, it was a napa replacement. Took it back to mechanic, he said it was a bad connection. The check engine light is off, it still makes the loud vaccum or jet engine noise when its hot outside(live in Dallas.) Its not throwing a code now, but still makes the damn noise.(Not to mention an annoying squeaky sound, which goes away when i put wd40 on the serpentine belt.) Usually itll make the noise till the car gets to 30 mph then it "pushes" thru it. Best way i can describe it. So if its not the secondary air injection pump, i need to get the list of parts that someone posted? And I replaced all thespark plugs, the radiator, air conditioning, outer tierods, pitman arm, idler arm, upper control arms w/ ball joints, lower ball joints, serpentine belt, tensioner. The 2001 blazer only has 125k miles. But it sure is taking a lot of work.

I saw somewhere the fan clutch should spin 3 full rotations. If the fan clutch is the fan behind the radiator, it spins a half rotation lol.
