Service Engine Light/Valves sticking
I have so far replaced the rear window actuator and sunroof on my '03 blazer very successfully. Thanks so far! Now my service engine light is on so I took it to my dealer to check it out. I forget the engine code he told me but he said the problem was the exhaust valves were sticking and causing a loss of compression. Then he quoted me "around $2600" to redo the top half of the engine since the stems would have to be bored. Is there another solution that I can do myself to turn off the engine light? I need to turn off the light so that I can get my truck smogged for California emissions.
