Default 2002 Blazer vacume diagram

I have a vacume line that has come off from somewhere ? it is off the 7/32 line that comes over the top of the master cylinder from the motor, I have looked around the area and cant find where it goes....
Look at the attached picture and tell me what you think.
The little hose that is attached runs down into the wire harness.

Thanks

The vacuum reservoir is located *inside* the driver side fender. Look for a black plastic panel with a hose barb nipple.

That fender was replaced before i bought it and there is nothing in that fender, What are some of the things i would see with that line blocked off.

Where would i find one, and would the line going to it being blocked off cause te Blazer to feel like its surging while you drive at normal cruising speed ?
