Well I took it to a shop today and here are the results:
The techchecked the code and then tested the MAP and MAF, he said that all voltage isgood and they are functioning properly. He also checked other devices for voltage problems (not sure what) but all came up well.He then checked and played around withthe groundsand then cleared the codes. The light didn't come back on at start up (maybe a bad ground?). Test drive by the tech andthe light was back. He thenchecked the code and it came up as the 02 sensor and he replaced that. The light stays off at start up and a test drive. I take it home and as I am coming up my street the light comes back on. Ipark the truck, call him and he asked me to bring it back so he can read this code. I start the truck and the light is on but goes off as I am driving down my street. He is still able to read what happened and it again reports the MAF but he is puzzled because he is positive it is working from his readings. He has a huge snapon hand held device and is reading everything that went on. The light is still off at this point and I take it home. He said if it come back on I will have to leave it so he can dig deeper into this problem. All is well for 25 miles as I took a trip to a store and then the light comes back on as I am driving. It is still on and I will have to bring it back to him.
I will update andpost the results.

Hey Guys, this light now comes and goes on a daily cycle. One day on and then the next day off. Hard to explain evenfor the tech. He is now suggesting that I leaveit with him for a fewdays. I dont think I have a choice at this point.
Is it the same reoccuring code (P0107 as before)? As all of the diagnostic posts I have made in the DIY section state, when an intermittent fault is found, the most likely cause is a wiring problem.
