2004 Blazer Steering Gear Box

Hello everyone,
So I've seen post about the loose steering and trying to tighten the adjusting screw on the steering gear box. Here is a short video of my steering wheel, can anyone advise if I should try it?

Probably wouldn't hurt to tighten it some. Alot of play in these comes from the rag joint. I would check that that as well.

Before you do anything, check the rag-joint. They are known to wear out.
