Default 2004 Blazer Vacuum issue

Just want some opinions on my 2004 blazer and a possible vacuum issue. I have the 4.3L X code Vortec and I have been throught the wringer with some problems. I have been able to get most of it sorted out to a point that I feel it is much better than it used to be.

It seems to have a rough idle and maybe even a very small skip to it. I had some issues that were vacuum related and I still feel as though the vacuum is part of the remaining problem.

Went and had the intake "smoked" and the only area they found to leak was the lid on the throttle body was pouring smoke out of it!!!

Could this have an impact, or is it actually normal to have some smoke from there in this instance.

Thank you
