well for about 2 months trying to figure out why my 4x4 wouldnt engage. after replacing my tccm, dash switch, encoder motor , and the vacum switch on top of my transfer case all along it was the ATC fuse under the hood. just in time for winter also and miss going mudding....

Do you have automatic Tranny (4L60)? Was it shifting correctly? Did you have any trouble lights on dash?

Question

yeah i have the automatic 4l60e tranny and it shifts great. and my lights on the dash just showed i was engaged in 2 hi but when i try to select 4hi or 4lo just the tccm would click. but a while back a vacum line got burnt under neith to my 4x4. at first i didnt know it was to the 4x4 cause i was new to it so i still used my 4x4 and then it eventually i got stuck in 4hi and wouldnt come out. so i manually took it out of 4x4 by unbolting the t case motor. then for about 8 months i replaced the switch on the t case and motor and the tccm and switch on the dash cause i thought that was the problem. but it was the ATC fuse all along. but know when i use my 4x4- 4hi works great but when i select 4lo it takes off great alot of torque but acts like is cuting in and out so what can cause this??
