I've replaced tccm, encoder motor, vacumn sensor on transfer case the sensor on the front differential still clicks and doesn't engage the 4x4 actuator does not have vacumn but I have vacumn at the transfer case any help please?

time for a np203 swap! lol just kidding. hav u tried it in park, neutral, 1st, 2nd, drive, reverse? also what is your engine rpm while going into 4 hi? if that doesnt fix it, try driving slow ( in gear foot off brake, no need for gas). good luck.

In your first post, you indicated that the 4x4 actuator was fine? Without vacuum at the actuator, it won't work. If you have vacuum at the transfer case but not at the 4x4 actuator, then you have either a leak in the vacuum line from the t-case to the actuator, or the vacuum lines were reconnected incorrectly at the switch on top of the t-case.

I'm gonna have to find the vacumn line an it's at 600 Rpms the whole time it just flashes still

I put a vacumn pump on the actuator sucked diaphragm down and tried to moved the front driveshaft it was locked in so i decided to just bypass the vacumn system completely and just install a pull cable.
