Default 95 blazer fuel pump problem

hey guys;

I was driving down the road yesterday when my blazer just died. It won't start, it turns over, but won't start. It did this to me before and it was the fuel pump. I assumed the same this time and went ahead and replaced the pump. That normal buzzing sound when you turn the key on is not there and the car will not start still. I've replaced the relay and I want to inspect the fuse, but I do not know where the fuse is.

Can someone please tell me where the fuse is and also how I can temporarily bypass the relay to make sure the pump is working?
It is a 95 blazer 4.3L V6

Your '95 should have a "test plug" under the hood, driver side, right above the inner fender. It will be a female plug, that has nothing to plug into it. There's supposed to be a 12V plug right there with it, but I always just run a jumper wire from my battery to it.

It will spark a little when you hook it up, that's just the pump coming on. This will bypass the relay, I believe. The pump will run as long as you have the jumper hooked up.
