Mine has the computer under the hood and it has the obd 2 scanner port but the scanner doesn't communicate with it

 

The only one that has been able to read my 95 blazer is my Actron Scan Tool the model is probably CP9110 with the OBDII GM cartridge.



The issue is that the 95 Blazer is an oddball, it is not a full OBDII system and back in '97 I was lucky that someone recommended this one to me, no other OBDII scanner that I have had, around five of them, has been able to connect with it.

I found the one in the picture from ebay, looks exactly the same but I'm not sure about the cartridge, I think mine says OBDII somewhere, I will send a photo of the cartridge later.
