95 Tow/Haul button?
hate to post a thread for a simple question but im having a hard time finding info, on my 95 on the tip of the turnsignal/hi-beam lever is a round black button the size of a dime or so, over half of the white print is rubbed off the lever so reading it is impossible, learned what did what when i bought the truck but hitting the buttons(its what i learned to drive on) anyway long story short is this my tow/haul button?

Should be part of the cruise control for acceleration

It is part of the cruise control. Specifically, it is the set/deceleration button which is used to set the cruise on at a particular speed & slow down the cruise speed setting when it's already been activated. There is also a slider switch on the turn signal stalk. When it is furthest from the steering column, the cruise is disabled. Middle position is cruise enabled, but not necessarily set. The momentary push in on the slider will set the cruise as well as accelerate.

i dont think so? the cruise control is on that lever but its a little 3 pos switch, left is off, middle is set to desired speed, push to the right to accel to desired speed and when you let off it automatically goes back to the middle

See my post directly above yours. It is the cruise set/decel button. Try it out next time you are out on the road with the slider in the middle position.
