ok i have a 96 blazer and last night i went to go start the car and it just turns over and at the same note i don't hear the famous chevy fuel pump humm if the fuel pump goes out is there a code that the ecu will throw ??? and here is another issue that started about 2 months ago i was on the freeway stuck in traffic and everything was stopped then 15 minutes everything was moving i jumped on the gas and the car started to bronco like it was misfiring and it has been doing it only on the dead stop take offs and with in the first 25 mph. any ideas and could these 2 issues be linked together???

Yes it will through a code. It may well be the fule pump and/or the fuel pressure regulator.
