Default 96 Blazer No Start, No Power to OBD Port or ECU

Hey Guys,

Im new to the forum but not to 4x4s . Hopefully you can help me out

Im trying to figure out if there is a main power relay to the ecu on a 96 Jimmy 4.3. Seems the one Im working on has no main engine power, when i turn the key to run I get no warning lights, which leads me to believe that the ecu isnt getting power. Am I on the right track? Obviously the truck wont start and it has no injector pulse, no spark, no nothing.

Wiring diagrams or a main relay location would be great. I tried checking fuses and swapping some of the relays around.

Thanks in advance!
Brandon

I have the same problem. My 98 bravada does this randomly when i shut it off and go to start it again. No cluster lights or anything. Only the batt. Light shows. Then randomly all the warning lights come on and it starts right up.

Same problem here, no cluster lights = no start, but cranks, sometime the cluster lights works and then it starts, sometimes hitting the top of the dashboard makes the lights to come on and then it starts...
Anyone got a ide, going out now to rip it apart.
it's a Blazer 1997 125000 miles
