Default 96 blazer with water in oil and radiator

96 chevy has knocking noise thinking collapsed lifter due to knocking is louder on top of motor than the bottom and oil pressure is 60 psi while idle knock is pretty loud but is always there.. found i have water leak somewhere thinking intake or head gasket, cracked head water is a weird orangy color.. what do you guys think on knocking and water leak
