97 blazer distributor question

97 blazer distributor question
where is the distributor router supposed to point when timing marks are alighed? right now it points at cyclinder number 2, is this possibly correct?

Should be #1 as per the EDI Engine timing thread in the Tech Article (DIY) section.

i changed it to face #1 and it wont even run now, it runs on #2 but it misfires, any idea?
