Default 97 blazer transmission trouble

Hello again everyone, I'm having a problem with my blazer where it doesn't down shift. It's like it's stuck in drive at all times. Yes it's a automatic. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does happen it has trouble taking off and I have to down shift it into second gear to get it to take off. Also it's throwing ****/timing selinoid malfunction code. it's throwing the same code twice. So my guess is the shift/timing selinoids are out of it. Now my question is how much do new shift/timing selinoids cost and where do I get them. Also How hard is it to change the ****/timing selinoids. How do I change them? Any info will help.

its most likely a 4L60E unless someone has done some swapping.

Auto = 4L60E. Someone would have to go through a lot of trouble to swap in a different auto.
