Ok, so I have this white pos (not really, its actually very clean) Bravada. I've done cap, rotor, electronics in the distributor, fuel pump, spider, plugs, wires, even the ignition coil. Still running rough and skipping. Dad thinks its the computer, garage says its something with the head...no oil in coolant and no coolant in oil...so no seal broken id like to believe. Garage wanted me to put a new motor in it, of course, but I declined because I know one of you out there can help for a HELL of a lot cheaper! LoL HELP!?

First off.. if you just went to the parts store and said "Gimme cap rotor and wires for a.." then you havent really eliminated those: Here's why.. look close:

See where 1 and 4 are in the cap? AC Delco cap rotor wires, ONLY AC D or NGK double plat or iridium plugs only.

Cheap wires are WELL known to fail right out of box. If they touch each other or been stressed in any way.

You dont mention any 'noises' in engine itself, so the only way the engine itself could be at fault is:
1: bad compression one or more cyls
2: bad timing chain.

Now let me also say if you want help you better be more specific and definitive on where and when the performance issues are worst. And when it runs best.

And what the conditions are when that happens.
Still running rough and skipping.
doesnt cut it! "Garage says it's something in the head" doesnt cut it!
Cold -hot -dry -wet -overnight- starting it cold -starting it hot.
How it idles Cold -hot, how it accelerates from stop Cold -hot, how it acts at cruise Cold -hot, how it accelerats from cruise Cold -hot.
What the temp gauge reads warmed up. Does temp gauge go over 210

Get my drift? You may not be a mechanic but that is no excuse. It's your car, you got to pay attention if you want to fix it.
There are very few obvious fixes.

Idles great, temp stays below 210 and stays pretty consistant @ about 190-200, acts up weather its cold or hot., been running or not been running. Doesn't seem to be any power loss but does sound like its got a skip to it. Cylinders 1 and 4 were misfiring. Replaced plugs AGAIN and seems to have taken care of it..for now. Only thing not ac delco is the wires. Used bosch because I couldn't wait 2 days for a shipment. Motor shakes pretty good like something is off balance. Recently did belt and all pulleys were free and operational.

Could it be a computer issue or maybe distributor itself?
