The only door that can block out the outside air is the recirc door. It can be found behind the glove box and is shown in the images in the thread below:
A/C Evap Core Odor - Here's the fix!
By pulling down on the silver bar that is connected to the vacuum actuator, you will open the recirc door to the interior which should seal it from the other side (the exterior).
