Concentrate on the driver's side for your leak detection efforts. The LT FTRM1 is quite high, indicating that it is running a rich mixture on Bank 1 to compensate for something... LT FTRM2 looks spot on.

Which O2 sensors did you disconnect? The ones in front of the 'Y' in the y-pipe are the only ones that influence fuel delivery in any way.

Update: I changed the plugs today and looked for an exhuast leak. I couldn't find anything. I unplugged both O2 sensors and fired up the Blazer. Took it down the road and it ran great. No miss!!!!I assumed it was the O2 sensors so I decided to hook them back up 1 at a time to see if I noticed any change. The only difference I noticed is that after I rev the engine it kind of sputters to a low RPM then comes back to a normal idle. Could this be what is causing the plugs to foul?? Why have I not tripped a O2 sensor code? It almost feels like I made some progress but I don't know what to do with it!! LOL!!!!

Well, if I had to guess which side was the problem, I would guess that it is the driver's side due to the long term fuel trim on that side. One thing you should do now is to remove the O2 sensors and swap sides. If the LT FTRM increases on Bank 2, then you know that sensor is bad.
