98 blazer blower connector, 2wire pin w/spade ?

98 blazer blower connector, 2wire pin w/spade ?
Im not familiar with the new motors with this connector. The purple reads 12 v. The black pin read nothing at all,not even ground. The separate old style spade does read ground. It does have acc. Blower not working.
