'99 Blazer ABS light came on, time to take it in?

Yeah, I know that, but it's my wife's vehicle.
She really doesnt like driving with an sort of light on.

if you live in a cold climate its not uncommon for the wires to snap (so i hear)

Shop just called, said the left front sensor is throwing erratic readings. They said they cleaned it up but the readings are still not right. They pulled the hub and are putting on a new unit. Should have it back later today.

i just replaced my hubs last month.
well sorry it was the big fix, at least you know.

i think these rigs chew up hubs pretty bad

I also have a 99 blazer and my ABS light has been on for a bit, the pedal also vibrates when im at a low speed in a right turn, and usually only when i first start up the truck, anyone have a similar issue? ps im new to this forum and dont know how to post my own question, can someone tell me how? thanks!

something to do with the wheel speed sensor i think. and you just click new thread in the appropriate forum
