Default 99 Blazer has issues

Well, this is my first blazer since my K-5 back in the 80's. It seemed like a good deal so I got it. So far, it has a random mis-fire, a bad vacuum leak at the rear of the engine and no power to the A/C clutch. I am still searching thru the forum for these items. I do have 1 question though. My emergency flashers work like they should but, my turn signals appear to be on speed. I know this is usually associated with a burnt out bulb. All the bulbs work, they just flash at warp speed. How do I make them blink slower?

That happened to me once but not on my Blazer...think it was a 93 Caddy. Replacing the flasher module fixed it.
