That is a rod knock for sure. Your symptoms are exactly the same as mine were 2 years ago. I got a junk yard engine, replaced as many things as I could while I had it out and I am still good to go. I considered having my engine rebuilt but a used engine was cheaper at that point. Best case scenario you have a bad bearing, worst and most likely you have a bad bearing and bad crank shaft.
