99 odometer reads error
This is mostlikely caused by a faulty connection at the back of the cluster. You should pull the cluster and make sure everything is securely connected. Disconnect the wiring at the back of the cluster and inspect where the cluster side connector is soldered onto the circuit board. If there is damage in this area, you may be able to re-solder the connection and cure the problem, but it is likely that you will have to replace the cluster if damage is present.
